How does Heber Builders calculate estimates?
We calculate customized cost estimates based on your specific layout sizing, site conditions, and chosen material grades. We then provide a fully itemized blueprint contract to guarantee absolute transparency.
Are structural permits included in the planning?
We coordinate, apply for, and manage all city structural and zoning permits. While our consulting and liaison services are covered in the package, direct city permit fees are billed transparently at cost.
Can I request customizations outside the package lists?
Absolutely. Over 90% of our builds feature customized client requests. Our design team can draw up unique additions (e.g. customized basement vault, home theaters, specialized retaining walls, custom floor plans).
What is your process for changes during a build?
If a design modification is requested mid-build, we draft a formal Change Order detailing the direct material and timeline differences. Work only proceeds once both parties sign off.
